Tenants are properly vetted, my property is regularly inspected, they are happy to organise repairs, tree and lawn cutting, painting, boiler service etc via their broad network of contractors, all of whom have been easy to pay and delivered quality work. On top of exemplary management of my property they also transfer rental income to me promptly each month. Often it is the people in a company who make the difference, and that is the case with Mortgage Property where Lucy and Margaret have done a fantastic job looking after my tenants and my property for years now, despite never having met me face to face and only hearing from me once in a while - that’s real service.

Mortgage Property have been great, we reached out to them during challenging circumstances with rentals as it was June 2020 (pandemic height) but they still came to our rescue and found us a great tenant. We have since changed tenants and also have another great tenant. Their communication is efficient and effective and they have gone above their duties to assist us with other matters along the way - nothing ever seems to much effort and we know where we stand with our property which is much appreciated.
