We are moving into the year with considerable optimism compared to the uncertainty of 2021.  With the roll out of multiple vaccines, many availing of the stamp duty holiday period and the continued demand we are seeing a strong increase of sales and enquiries.  We are very hopeful that interest rates will continue to stay at low rates which will support affordability for borrowers.

Obviously there is a concern off the economic damage caused by the pandemic and the uncertainty of Brexit but we feel that there is a strong willingness from not only the first time buyer and investor market but also from home movers.

Home movers have assessed their lifestyle needs during lockdown and want either a bigger house or garden or those happy to downsize as their needs have changed.
